Modelo Especial Beer is brewed to exacting North American and European standards under the jurisdiction of 51% combined ownership by Cervecería Modelo, S.A. de C.V., Mexico and Grupo Modelo, S.A.B., Belgium for U.S. distribution in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Florida, Arkansas and Louisiana.
It was born on the beaches of Mexico, made to withstand the heat of a day’s work and to quench tropical thirst. The modern version of Modelo Especial has an alcohol content of 4.5%, by volume, and is made by Grupo Modelo in Mexico. It is available in glass bottles, cans, and on tap (in bars).

The Hawaiian shirt is a casual button-up shirt with a white background featuring colorful floral prints and typically worn untucked. The beach short typically has a plaid pattern consisting of red, off-white, black, navy blue, and sometimes gray. It was worn by surfers in the 1930s and is the predecessor to modern board shorts.
